ARMYROBE Return & Refund Policy

At ARMYROBE, we stand behind the quality of every robe we ship — just like the branches that inspire them. If something isn't right, we've got your back.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. The robe must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

How to Start a Return
Contact us at zavren.shop@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges
Wrong size or want a different branch? We're happy to exchange your robe for another size or style, subject to availability. Just reach out and we'll make it happen.

Damaged or Defective Items
Received a robe with a defect or damage during shipping? Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement at no extra cost — no return needed.

Non-Returnable Items
Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or returned without tags cannot be accepted for a refund or exchange.

International Orders
Return shipping costs for international orders are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
